Star Cinema’s Father’s Day offering for 2010, I’ll Be There grossed only more than P21.7 Million on its first week run in theaters nationwide. This is according to the latest bulletin posted by Mojo Box Office Philippines. This is the sixth movie offering of Star Cinema this year and even though the gross for the 1st week of the film is not much higher than the previous films by Star Cinema, it is predictably to earn more box office sales on its 3rd and 4th week run. Despite of this, the movie still earns good reviews and feedbacks from movie critics and from those thousands of people who’ve already watch the movie about the stars, the director and the story of the movie.

With the latest updates about the lead stars of the movie, Gabby Concepcion is now busy on shooting his horror movie under Regal Films entitled ‘White House’. His teleserye with Kris Aquino is scheduled to end on July 9. While Jericho Rosales is currently shooting his newest primetime teleserye ‘Green Rose’ a Philippine remake of the Korean drama of the same title aired by SBS that he will be partner to Anne Curtis (her leading lady in the movie ‘Baler’). With KC Concepcion, she is busy on taping episodes in her morning show ‘Simply KC’ and reportedly that she will be doing another movie in Star Cinema together with Piolo Pascual. The three stars have their respective album that still out in the music stores near you.

I’ll Be There is now on its 2nd week run on theaters. Watch it guys! Congratulations to all the people behind this quality movie. : )
